Our farm also has olive trees, the activity is performed by the mill crusher Buraschi, our affiliates with forty years experience in the area of Montepulciano for the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
The activity of the mill began in the early days of October and lasts until mid-January.
During this period, 4,500 tons of olives are processed from the surrounding area and the province of Siena .
